I can't say enough about the caring and responsive team with UTMB, Dr John Phelps. From the administrative support staff helping me to understand all the financial and insurance, to the nurses, specialists, and even the office manager supporting us emotionally as we made decisions. Everyone took great care in addressing our individual concerns. I was in constant contact with Dr Phelps and staff through my cycles and their insight was invaluable. Dr. Phelps helped me understand the struggle of infertility and enjoy the journey to pregnancy.
