John R. Bates

Kelly and John are really good at what they do. Very efficient and got done what needed to be done without too many hiccups along the way. They are truly 24/7. I remember the first time I got a hold of them was very late at night and John picked up the phone and answered some questions I had. At that point I knew he was the right choice. We finally can enjoy our lives again.

Mr.Bates and Kelly were both wonderful in helping us through a very stressful time. They were always available to answer any questions and kept us up to date through it all. We would highly recommend them.
