Dr. McDonald has to be the BEST dentist on the planet. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He is so kind and really listens to his patients. I am so grateful for him and his staff. The whole office staff is amazing and are really helpful. Trish is the best dental hygienist ever! She always leaves my teeth immaculate!! I truly enjoy visiting their office. I even switched my two sons over to their office! Best part about going is they never overbook!

Having been a total Dental phobic all of my life, I cannot express the feeling of having Dr. McDonald take care of me, even with all my past bad experiences… He and his team were there with me all the way with no worries! I would go nowhere else 10 Star if I could…

We've been coming here for over 15 years, mainly because they are a friendly group who take good care of us. Never had any issues with appointment times. Tricia is a treasure and Dr. McDonald always takes the time he needs to in order to make sure everything is right.

Dr. Mcdonald seemed very professional and i really was looking forward to having him as my family dentist. Unfortunately, his receptionist/scheduler did not follow through with what they told me would happen. I was told the were going to schedule me for a date to start treatment. When the date got close i called to follow up but was told they did not schedule me and would have to call me back with a date. I then never heard back. But they sure got me and my wife right in to get exams. After that, nothing. She wanted a cleaning and i needed more. We both went to dentists in converse near our home and were seen immediately.

Doctor is very professional unfortunately his office staff is gone down quickly. I've been going to him for over 7 yrs and during my last service the front office team was too lazy to update benefits from year to year that caused me to be responsible 100% for the procedure. Their claim is that they only provide a "quote" and the rest is between my insurance and myself. My in-laws had their own practice for many years and this is not how you do things. Any major procedure needs to be pre-approved by the insurance and at leas inform the patient he/she is not covered.
