Chelle Konyk Not only has a lack of understanding for her own community rules and Florida statue, but she engages in conflicts of interest by writing violation demand letters on her community’s behalf, but adding her personal interest to the letter. Attached is a copy of the letter, please note that inoperable cars are not mentioned in our rules in any way,shape, or form. Unsightly lots chapter is in reference to undeveloped lots, which isn’t what our house is, and was in reference to weeds starting to grow in our lawn. Writing a violation letter, that not only mentions non violations and personal opinions, but stating that “the association has th authority to correct the violations and charge back the cost of such to you as an assessment is a total lack of understanding for the rules in her own community, but the Florida state statue as well.(Florida statue 720.305 section 2(b)). Will be forwarding this letter to the Florida bar as well to be investigated for conflicts of interest. P.s, this matter is not up for discussion, so Chelle, please don’t stop by our house about it yelling and cussing like you have in the past, it will be considered harassment.
