I call Johnson Mark today, it was a great experience, the person provided options to pay my debt that were reasonable so I can can move forward. Great customer service!!! The person on the line made me feel like a human not a number, I really apreciate that!!!

The only reason I am giving this place five stars is because of the last person I spoke with, Aman. He was very kind, patient, compassionate, understanding, and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to work with me and to answer my many questions. He helped me process a payment I needed and wanted to do. He was willing to process a complaint on the previous agents that were sending me in circles, refusing my payment to finish things off, stressing me out, talking down on me, etc. I’ll be requesting him directly the next two times I’ll need to call to complete the process of things and what not. They need more people like him in this field trying to pacify and help all involved. A true gem in a rough situation.

Mr. Aman was very understanding of my financial situation and did everything he could to help me with a debt I owed. He went back and forth with management, allowing me to fully explain my circumstances. We settled on a reasonable agreement, and I truly appreciate his willingness to go the extra step in helping and listening to those in need. I highly recommend him.

I have been dealing with JM for months now and they are definitely not professional. They only keep part of the conversation in their notes that benefit them. I've always received the monthly letters days after the transaction has already gone through my account. Yet their letter states I can call at least 3 days prior to cancel or change it if needed. They changed the amount they were taking out of my account without notifying me. I will be reporting them.

Mr. Vipul Malhotra was very professional and helpful and professional. He attentively & patiently answered my questions taking time to ensure he had the correct information before ending the call.
