The debt collectors/ attorneys are a joke....the kind of law practiced here is cheap and easy..no brains required in this office, just send a summons, they can't even answer the phone...emails. Be proud to ruin lives!!!

Employees are very unhelpful. They do not know how to talk to people and if you ask them a question they do not know they tell you to contact a different law firm to ask the question. This place is a joke.

I called to resolve an identity theft case and the paralegal I spoke to did nothing but scold and talk down to me. Very unprofessional.

NO STARS AT ALL HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!! How is it that when I try to call this law firm they never answer. They take out $200 from my account every month and then decide they want to put a judgement on my account. When they never answer my phone calls and or when someone answers the phone. They tell you they can’t help you, because you have to talk to one person. She won’t talk to my wife and one time the front desk women said that she would ask if the one handling my case was busy and said she would talk to us only to transfer us to her voicemail. What the hell. Get better reps or transfer my loans to a better company who can help with my loans and make sure my money goes to where it’s suppose to.

Got my first bill from them December 2019. Got a summons from them February 2020. I have tried calling them numerous times and either no one answers and the line is automatically dropped or when someone does answer I am transferred to "my case manager" and she doesnt answer her phone!! I have left messages and no one calls me back. They are suing me but apparently don't want my money that bad. Ridiculous.
