After much difficulty with my current attorney (lack of proper representation, hardship with communication etc.) I decided to give these guys a try. Time will ultimately tell of course, but I have a much better feeling with this legal team. I actually met with my attorney Kyle Engels in person and he actively listened and took notes. He was getting worked up about some of the things that already happened in my case and shouldn't have.. it was good to see and gave me some much needed validation. They already sent me a text line where they can be reached and shared the office number were people actually answer. Plus there is an application they use for ease of communication and comment upload. Costs appear more reasonable as well, around 20% cheaper than previous firm. So far so good. Will be back to update by post as my case progresses.
