I have known Jonathan for years and seen him interact with clients, opposing counsel and the court. With clients, he has a great "bed side manner" as he explains the situation and the pros and cons of various options. With opposing counsel, he is reasonable but aggressive and firm. No one is going to take advantage of him in a case, but he does not fight for fighting sake (which could needlessly cost clients money in legal fees).
