Ann was very rude did not want to sit down and discuss anything ahead of time at all. Just simply wanted to be hired and expected someone to trust that she would do what was expected.

In 2009 on October 1st I was hacked/stabbed with an axe by an individual.Joe took the case. I informed Joe that I wanted to pursue the case against the assailant named Brandon Steinbook. I also informed the district attorney that he was to refer to Mr. Willard for furtherance of my case. Instead of informing the district attorney that we should either send the assailant to jail for attempted murder ect. or negotiate a settlement for some amount, Mr. Willard released the case after filing a worthless suit. He says that he lost contact which was partially true, however I don't see why Mr. Willard could not negotiate something on my behalf when I expressly gave him the authority to do so. The person who stabbed me ended up getting off with a misdemeanor charge while I received no compensation or restitution for the damages done. Every since my life had been turned upside down. I didn't have enough to cover medical bills, had to file bankruptcy and had a various bills stack up because of the actions he took on my case. Joseph is a questionable attorney. I would not recommend. I am currently dissatisfied with the work.

Mr. Willard got the job done and for a fair price. He handled a very ugly divorce for me and got me what I wanted and needed and got it done fast! I would highly recommend him. As far as his office staff, they are one in a million. Nicest ladies ever!

I went in for a consultation about a tenant issue. I was in his office for less than 10 min. I have never felt so dismissed. He made assumptions without even letting me finish my thoughts. He was opening the door to let me out before we even finished the conversation. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a younger landlord or I’m female, but he was very disrespectful. I would never feel comfortable with him as my lawyer.

When my husband and I went to a consult the staff their was great. Ann took the time to really explain the process of bankruptcy to us and made sure we did not have any questions. While they would have made money and benefited from us filing bankruptcy, she showed us that we had other options and directed us on what we needed to do. I am so glad we spoke to her! I have recommended several families to them and will continue to do so.
