They are really rude beyond belief. They have a link to schedule a zoom meeting on their website, however, nobody showed up at the time of appointment. When I called the office, the staff talked like it was my error to schedule a meeting. Other staff were also very rude and arrogant. Not recommended

They never answer the question very shady office and I truly believe they work with the school district against the parents
