I just came across this firm today. I have some legal experience and one thing I can honestly say is "if a client has any type of legal demand do not wait until the last minute to pursue an attorney". Most of the time lawyers are in court or involved in legal proceedings and do not always have time to follow up. Time is money and money is time. Next, sometimes a client's need is more demanding and they are looking for a quick fix which is not always possible because your representative is waiting for a third party or someone else to follow up before they can respond back to you. If effort to practice law in Georgia lawyers must be licensed to do so and most of them have reviews not just on Google but various websites. Apparently the law firms does great work because the lawyer received Peer Reviews from several reputable sites. Lawyers and Paralegals are human just like we are and I always say a prayer for whoever represents me and I ask God to equip that person to do their best on my case. I read the reviews from Martins Dale and I was very impressed.

NO STARS!!! Mr Todd took my $3,000 and was supposed to file a petition for my mom's estate. I told him BEFORE ANYTHING, THE DEADLINE WAS 3 WEEKS AWAY!!! So he calls me, DAY AFTER DEADLINE!! He never filed anything for me!! Said he was calling to see what he was filing the potition for?!?!? BUT he did charge me 1,800$ to ride down to the probate court in Henry County to look at document about my mom's estate.The documents that he already had in his possession I know for sure cause when I paid the 3,000$ I gave him copys of the estate documents, so not only did I get ripped of 1,800$ I also never got the petition filed so I also lost my mom's estate cause of this greedy old man that like to take money from good honest hard working people. It took me 4 months to save up the money to pay the crooked lawyer so out of 3,000$ he gave me back 1200$ and you want believe what he said... When I told him that he was wrong for taking my money and he cost me to lose out on my mom's estate. He said he was not worried about it and he would not lose any sleep over it!! I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING THAT I CAN DO ABOUT GETTING DONE THIS WAY?? ALL I KNOW IS IF IT WAS ME DOING THIS TO SOMEBODY I WOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN IN JAIL!! IT JUST AINT RIGHT TO DO PEOPLE THIS WAY AND FOR WHO EVER READS THIS I HOPE YOU WILL EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN HIRING A ATTORNEY MAKE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT CAUSE ANYTHING HE TOLD ME TO THAT IS SAYS IN FINE PRINT THAT HE DIDNT HAVE TO REFUND ANY MONEY AT ALL.GOOD ALWAYS WINS IN THIS WORLD OF DARKNESS. GOD BLESS US ALL.

From what my friend has experienced they are unprofessional don't read over the documents and they make you wait to receive your funds!!! No calls to update the clients on status. And when the client calls they ignore the call it's been over a month since the paperwork was processed and now an additional 3 day's with no contact pay folks what you owe them

Mr. Todd, Jillian and ALL of the wonderful people here are absolutely amazing people. After awaiting my car accident case, dealing with the stress of what all comes with such a horrific accident and the injuries I obtained.... it's my pleasure to be able to say that that settling wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I'm completely satisfied with the outcome we've worked so hard for... Thank you Mr. Joseph Todd, Ms. Jillian Todd and staff. I'd recommend you guys for any one....

After 6 years of trying to get a divorce with bad experiences with prior lawyers I came across Todd Law. They gave my the price and had a great consultation.
