My real restate agent recommended we work with Joe for the closing on my mom's house in Buffalo. Not only was he timely and efficient, he was great to work with! He works from his house in North Buffalo (where I grew up), and his house looked just like mine (kids!). He was down to earth, kind and practical. No jargon or legalese, and took the time to explain everything to me, my brother and my elderly mom. Not being in Buffalo, it was great that we could communicate over the phone, email and text. And my favorite part was, he sent me (unsolicited!) regular updates on the status of everything. He took care of all the complicated issues of selling a house that had had one owner for 60 years, but then also had become a life estate with three owners. And he charged a VERY fair and reasonable amount for his services. I highly recommend him. Thanks again Joe.

Joe is a great guy and a great lawyer. I have known Joe’s dad Bob since I was a teenager. Both were very professional and we were very happy with his service. His father is now retired but, we still continue to use Joe for his legal expertise.
