Joshua B. Kutnick is an amazing attorney, I highly recommend. He has done an incredible job defending me in court but he is also just a great guy. He is gifted as an attorney & he actually cares about his clients he represents. He has gone above & beyond assisting me in court as well as out of court which is something I appreciate. It's alway important to have a good attorney representing you but it is even more important to have a great attorney defending you who care about you like Josh does. Josh has been working relentlessly in defending me & I'm grateful to have him as my attorney.

He is a very horrible attorney. He is unethical, he was un prepared. He took a young girl money and didn’t represent her on the case. He lied and stole from my daughter and removed himself from the case the day off the trial. Do not hire him. He is a snake.

I was charged and not to mention framed for a serious crime; I served 7yrs for this crime that I I did not commit (which was 4 class X’s and brought 6-30yrs for each one)! I recommended Josh for over 20yrs to family and friends in which he got them out of tough situations. I never thought that I would have needed him the way that I did. He came through and got my cases appealed in which it was over turned by the applet court.
