I highly recommend this team. They were highly communicative, easy to reach and followed through on everything. Even when things got tricky (not their fault - it was the buyer's lack of follow through) they stuck with it and got the job done! Best of all each member of the team was professional and just good people to work with over an extended time period.

Did a title search and missed an obvious lien and a debt that should have been paid at closing. Requested a refund for their mistake and was told they would call me and let me know, they never did just ignored my request, CAN NOT RECOMMEND
