Joy chicatelli is absolutely the most incompetent lawyer I have ever met. She is a blow hard lacking basic common sense and more importantly a single shred of legal knowledge. I highly recommend against even contacting this women. She ignored every single detail of my case after waiting in her office for close to 2 hours. She took sides with opposing counsel in a 5 minute phone call the day of trial. Joy lied to me, lied in court, and lied on record, she should have been disbarred. I had to get a replacement lawyer to clean up joys mess. The second lawyer looked at the same case and talked to me for 15 minutes and got the case completely dismissed, and never even stepped foot in court. I wouldn't trust joy chicatelli to flip my burger let alone defend my children and I in a court. Stay away from this one people stay far away she is a complete unprofessional mess.
