Opened up a new account that was a total disaster at another branch. It took a while to straighten out but was finally done correctly at this branch. I needed additional service which Chase provides to its customers and Carlos and Maureen couldn't have handled the service any better. Dealt with other staff and they too are a credit to Chase.
I went two weeks in a row and was told both times they cannot open an savings account for me because of the time. Mind you, i was waiting for over 15 mins and we still had some time. I already had a checking account. I have never been to a bank and been treated this way.
Friendly staff - never had an issue.
Services improves continuously. At the average at best. Slow in take care customersnRevisited Nov 2017, staffs were very slow serving customers. It took a whopping 10 mins for a transaction. Suggest to visit other location if time is a concern.
Never waited too long (always less than 5 minutes) and all the customer service people are a delight. They always have lollipops handy for my son. Their mortgage cash back incentive is also pleasant as well as their dedication to veterans. I cannot say enough good things about their services for veterans.
