Highly satisfied with my experience. Monica was a thorough professional. She showed that she is truly passionate about her job. The compassion that I received was to a whole new level. Her willingness to listen was a strong point that I seen. Communication is something she take very seriously and is always their when you need her. Her strong knowledge of the law and writing ability helps make the proper decisions. She walked me through the whole case and explained the process which took all of the stress away.
