This man, Richard Kubiniec, has not only been playing lawyer for several years but playing my fathers friend and POA for over a year now. I had to get him out of that position, by filing a Article 81 because of misappropriation of money, not paying bills, NO accounting, selling my fathers personal items (rings,watches, car) stating it was to pay medical bills when All medical bills Were and are paid- There is a matter of several missing items. Jewelry, coins, stamps, my mothers purses, jewelry and “lady” items that ARE MISSING. He liquidated my deceased mother and fathers assets! He ALSO kept my daughter 18, son 8 and myself from seeing my father in McCully nursing facility for a year FOR NO REAL TRUE meaning! He concocted up a LIE to get us to not see him or have any communication by phone or visit- until I retained my lawyer for the Article 81 and was told he’s going this illegally!!!! A lawyer doing something like this? and illegally! See you in court soon Richard.
