She did not stay on top of the progress of my cases. Nor did she work at getting me medically cared for. Her biggest thing was "How much percentage lined her pocket!" Staff was rude and played tricks with my file information. Told them I would like a copy of my file after being told the file would be destroyed and that I could have it no problem. Problem is every time I called to say can I pick up my file it is never ready or they can take a message. 8, EIGHT YEARS LATER still no file and not a single response from this attorney's office and still no file. My advise to all is DON’T USE THIS LAWYER if you value your case even if she is the only lawyer left willing to take your case . You’re better off battling your case for yourself if you want opposing counsel to take your case seriously.

My grandmother has Alzheimer’s and was a client of Varnell. We made a appointment to have her home transferred into my name. My grandmother was having a off day and because of that Varnell assumed I was taking advantage of her.. instead of asking questions, she accused me.. I’m thinking lawsuit!! What do you think Varnell? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO MY WORST ENEMY!! ?????

Their service is poor, drops calls, I couldn't keep them after a year of suffering I hope not to return...

Nice person but unfortunately I felt I knew more about bankruptcy then she did.
