I contacted This legal facility approximately 2 weeks ago and left 4 different messages with the same receptionist only to get no phone call back or even an answer I had to contact someone else to help me Resolve my case. Can't say worst service ever because no 1 ever tried 2 call me back never will I ever recommend them

Mr Byrd was very helpful in handling my case. He always kept me up to date on everything and responded quickly. His guidance was always realistic and he made sure to discuss all options. His prices are in line with other lawyers but seemed genuinely concerned about the progress and details of the case more than the money. He has integrity and was willing to go out of his way to work on my case during the holidays if it was necessary. I would recommend his attorney services.

I couldn't be happier with how he handled and won my cases, at the circuit courts in Hillsborough and Polk counties and 2nd Florida District Court of Appeal. nnI came discovered Johnnie after an on-line search after letting go of my prior attorney, due to lack of service, and for lack of experience. Johnnie demonstrated a deep knowledge of case law, superb courtroom skills, and was very responsive. Throughout the process, I felt I had the best lawyer on my side and didn't have to worry about the outcome. nnHe is very frank, but caring in discussing options and his coolness and focus in the courtroom are quite impressive. He is also genuine and compassionate individual with strong ethics. One star is far too much. I called Mr. Barnhill and spoke to him on the phone regarding a custody issue. He cut me off and told me for $100 he would speak to me about it, claiming that it could be the case he is already representing an opposing party. I offered to clarify names if in fact we were dealing with that issue, right here, on the phone now, but, he refused, needing that $100 fee to decipher that. I said before I give you $100, I would like to make sure of your experience, ect as I'm dealing with a parent who works offshore...He missed the point, said he could be a knock down drag out for the right price...I explained I don't have a lot of $ to spend on this issue and before I give you $100 I have a few questions. He said we have people that borrow money from their family members, ect...conversation completey turned to where I would get the money from for the case, assuming he would be retained, just like that. What a shock U0001f602... I said there are no family members. I don't operate that way. We made an appointment and Mr. Barnhill called me back to tell me he couldn't make the appointment now or ever. Funny, Mr. Barnhill didn't realize how badly he embarrassed himself. I commenced to giving him "the business" if you know what I mean U0001f62c Aggravating I had to put one star in order to write this review. I hope everyone considering retaining this attorney understands the moral compass and motivation of the attorney they're hiring. Fair warning. Good luck! And, the lack of orientation regarding day, date and time if "no coffee"...actually all very amusing, knowing I would have a free moment to make sure this review made it on here. If you hire him?! Johnnie Byrd handled my multiple child support and visitation modification proceedings over several years. He was always fair with his fees and provided me with realistic expectations. I felt he was very honest and truly wanted to help me. I have since referred multiple family members to him that shared the same experience. I would highly recommend him for any legal service. I have hired other attorneys for similar services prior to Mr. Byrd and always felt completely taken advantage of and never had satisfactory results. I'll never use anyone other than Johnnie again.
