The firm has since closed without notifying their clients that they will be abandoned without representation or refund. Nearly a month has gone by with no return calls or email replies. Only after attempting to visit the office on a couple of occasions to make inquiries, was I able to deduce their closure. Calling any published number will indicate a disconnected number or sent to voicemail where calls go unreturned or a greeting indicating not accepting new cases. The web site has been taken off-line. This blatant disregard to professionalism and lack of notification could have caused us significant delays in our immigration process, as the USCIS has been unable to make contact with us through our hired representative.

Highest Marks A few months ago I hired Chad to take my DUI case. When presented he listened closely and explained what steps he would take if hired. He followed through with discovery, motions to suppress. The outcome was in my favor. The case dismissed. Now, I can't say this will happen for all, but it my case it did. I recommend him highly. His prep of my case was thorough and well thought out. He had done his homework and new exactly the case law the judge referred. Again, I highly recommend Chad. I might add, if the case would not have gone in the direction it did, I still recommend Chad. Not only for the above reasons, but for his no nonsense approach. He told me what I was facing, what might occur. There were no surprises.

He focuses on the end results and keeps that objective in his sights throughout the entire case, and lends little to no time to the red herrings or smokescreens put up by the your spouse's lawyer (which in my experience with various other lawyers is that they look for reasons to shift focus to puff up their bill). Nic is a pleasure to work with both on a personal and professional level, and - in my experience with him - he really cares about his clients and only wants the best for them.
