I had the unfortunate opportunity to see Mr. Kahan speak at the Florida Pharmacy Association (FPA) meeting. It's discouraging to see such ignorance and misinterpretation of the law, especially on the part of someone who bills themselves as an expert. Anybody looking for real advice in the cannabis space should seek out Hoben Law Group with offices in Washington DC. Their opinion is diametrically opposed to everything Brian had suggested during the meeting. I would also strongly advise that any association considering having Mr. Kahan as a speaker avoid doing so because I am seriously reconsidering attending the FPA conference again next year due to the misinformation conveyed during that meeting.
