If I could give this firm negative stars I would. My entire shallow experience with this firm, was miserable. I didn't know at the time, my opinion of Kahan would be that he is greasy. He was referred to me and represented me the victim of a Auto Accident. There were many terrible transparency issues the entire time of his poor representation, and I feel he did not give me the best representation possible. In fact, in the middle of the case, after I would not agree with what the responsible insurance company offered, he then dropped me as a client. It was almost impossible to find new counsel, but because of the Grace of God, I found another Attorney to represent me, as most attorneys are apprehensive about taking on dropped clients. Not only did the new attorney defend me with the best of his honor, but was able to get me what "I" felt compensation should be and asked for. The new attorney turned out to be very professional, honest and enduring and did not strike side deals with the insurance company to lessen any amounts owed to me the victim. Please remember you dont have to settle for less, just because someone thinks that's what your worth and can only get. If you feel in your heart you can get more, go with your own-gut instinct. I will admit, that after he dropped me, he dropped his fees also. Given the devastating nature of the circumstance it was the best thing he did to represent me as an attorney. He wasted months and months of my innocent time, duping me, and purposely injuring the case further, because of the statue of limitations and having to locate new representation before expiration. After all those months of hard endurance, I suffered because of the wreck, and during the tragic time under the poor representation of Kahan, the new attorney came on afterwards and attacked the situation very aggressively and I am very thankful to them. A bittersweet ending ig.
