He was good until submitted case, but after submitted he told me “this is not included” or “my assistant will contact you” which would never got. Quick process but too bad communication. I wish they did way better job since they were charging me.

He is very responsive and helpful throughout the process even though we moved out out of state he was very easy to communicate with. He is direct and honest, which is hard to find now in days, especially in NYC. If you are thinking of hiring him, don't even second guess it. Be prepared with your questions and do not ask what you can easily find online.
