Very professional and helpful since 2012 in setting up our Estate Plan/Trust. Attorney Michael Kaiser had suggestions to consolidate our many financial accounts. Also, set up an adult adoption involving my son.

The handling of a trust and will by this law firm has been shockingly awful and potentially illegal. A family friend passed away, naming my father-in-law as a beneficiary in a trust. This same law firm, which drafted the will and trust, was hired to represent the trustee upon the family friend's death. Despite their responsibilities, trust regulations, and directives of the trust, they have outright refused to provide my father-in-law with a copy of the will and a Trust Accounting. Their paralegal, Michele Harroun, demanded documents, referencing property unrelated to the trust, from my father-in-law as a condition for providing the will! We had to get a copy from the probate court. The situation is beyond belief.
