Kaminski & Pozorski

I am not a person who leaves many reviews. But, I would not recommend using Attorney Pozorski. When you hire an Attorney, you should feel like they are listening to you. He made me feel like nothing I said was of value, and listened to absolutely nothing I said. If you want to be charged thousands, upon thousands more than what they tell you, then this is the place to go. I went through a divorce, which is a very hard thing to go through, and he made it worse. I’d advise anyone, especially a young mother going through a divorce to find someone more understanding and on your side, that will not rip you off.

As the spouse of someone who used Kaminski & Pozorski, Andrew in particular, I can say, he put my wife through hell. He was the worst attorney we have ever encountered. His communication is nearly non existent and his knowledge on the matter seemed even worse. Why take a case if you don't know anything about it. We likely could have gotten more accomplished without him and represented ourselves. Andrew should not be allowed to practice law and this lawfirm as a whole should be held accountable.

I needed advice on taking an estate through probate court. I found the Kaminski and Pozorski law firm through a Google search. The website is informative and easy to use. I filled out the contact form and within 48 hours received a call from Mr. Krajnek. He was friendly and professional. He listened to my questions and concerns. His answers to my questions were concise and easy to understand. Extremely pleased and would definitely recommend this law firm.

I got referred to them by (blank) and it was a complete was of time and I felt then more like a victim after I left. There was no consultation fee, which I'm so happy about. The attorney seemed ok at first, but as I was explaining my case and details it was as if he didn't really believe me because I couldn't remember every single teeny tiny detail. Then asked questions that didn't pertain to anything important. He allowed me and my other party to ask lots of questions which I appreciated. But basically told me i was a lost cause, but he'd gladly take my retainer fee of $3500 and $300 an hour after that. My issue is family law no overly complicated, he didn't make me feel assured or like anything I told him was safe. I wouldn't recommend this firm, but maybe their the perfect fit if you need them for another type of law. Definitely too much for my very very limited resources.

If you want an attorney that won't answer your emails, reply to your questions and concerns, AND still charge you for reading every email you send, then Attorney Krajnek is for you. On the other hand, if you want an attorney that will properly represent you, then I would go with just about any other attorney you can find.
