The Kania Law Firm is very slow to return phone calls. Many of the transactions are time sensitive but they are slow to update their website and commicate with people. They need a manager that will teach some customer service skills training. The people are nice but they have no urgency when it comes to doing business.

I have completed multiple legal consultations and transactions with Jay Kania over the last 15 years. Each transaction has been handled very professionally, making sure that each detail is completed accurately and timely. Simply the best.
