I am amazed at how fast and quick Sebastian put me right back in place. Sebastian is one of the best coordinators I’ve ever worked with in any industry. He was there to assist me every step of the way answered all my calls promptly and never once got frustrated. He made sure to stay connected with Me to do follow ups and was very patient. He even heard my Me cry a few times and never once made a big deal out of it. I’m so grateful for him, we’ll see what the next chapter holds. I appreciate you. Taylor Gibson was my Reduction Specialist and she was fantastic! She communicated with me every step of the way. She was always personable and knowledgeable. The process of litigation is not easy but she definitely made the last step of the journey a relief. I was thankful to work with her.

I am dissatisfied with K&P. Starting that these people only care for their money. Only person that I don’t have complaints for is Noah, and Taylor Gibson. They actually tried to help me unlike other managers in other departments such as Ivan, Chloe, and Dominique. I waited months to hear a response from Dominique. But I didn’t get no response or anything. I was ignored for months, and it was because she was going through maternity which is pretty understandable. Whatsoever I called the offices of K&P to change my manager and they would tell me that it’s not possible to do so. Apart from that, these people don’t negotiate with you and just suppose you are satisfied with the amount. I got a certain amount and after talking with them they gave an extra 1k. They are supposed to talk the amount and see if you are satisfied. They are supposed to put you as top priority as a client. Something they did not do. My sister is also in the case. She already signed the document, now the only thing she is waiting is for her check and it has been a month already. Highly dissatisfied ????????. If I would’ve known the process would’ve been this slow and treated with low respect I would’ve chose another lawyer. Avoid them at all cost.

I would love to start off by saying that my experience with this firm has been absolutely wonderful. Having an excellent case manager, Mauricio, has made this whole process so much easier for my family and myself. He was super attentive which I love as communication has been so important during this process. I would recommend him 100/10 but unfortunately these reviews only allow for 5 stars maximum.
