Mr. Kanzer and staff are readily available to speak over the phone, by email or to meet in the office. Always easy to get a hold of to answer any questions I had or address concerns. The process of court proceedings seemed overwhelming at first, but Mr. Kanzer and his staff made an intimidating situation simple and quick. I'm glad it's over, but should anything happen in the future I would definitely seek out Mr. Kanzer for his service again.
