I reached out to this law firm for legal advice concerning discrimination within my place of employment. The receptionist transferred me to one of the attorneys by the name of Larry Kaplan. Without digging into my situation Mr. Kaplan abruptly told me their company would not help me and immediately hung up as I asked questions about their service. Unfortunately that 30 second encounter showed me that professionalism and kindness are definitely not their strong suit.
