My husband and I were extremely lucky to have found Michael Kaplan and his team. We met them in the middle a global pandemic to make things even a more complicated when dealing with an insurance company. (as is not already complicated enough). However they were able to follow through with every single request that we had. They took the time in preparing us for everything. We felt that even though we were in the middle of an unknown world we had the support that we need it. He was a pleasure to work with, incredibly professional and knowledgeable. (Very hard to find nowadays) We were able to get a settlement and I have no doubt that it was because he represented us. I highly recommend Kaplan Law Group! You won't regret it.

I'm writing this review, my first ever, to share the my experience with Michael Kaplan and his staff. My mother experienced damage from Hurricane Irma at her house and was grossly underpaid by her insurance company. We were recommended to Michael and he did not disappoint. Michael kept in constant e-mail contact with me throughout the whole process and explained the whole process before we even started. Kaplan law group absolutely recommend this attorney fights for his client. Explains the case step by step, excellent on returning email. The staff in the office is always happy to assist, I called the office multiple times too stay informed and updated. The Kaplan law group one of the most sophisticated and well Established. Confidence and Security is the feeling I had when I hired the Kaplan Law group.

My husband and me had an extremely bad day three years ago due to each of us had a car accident at different end of town. We had to wait three(3) years for the Kaplan law firm to complete our case. I was not impressed with the level of customer service provided. Since the initial meeting in which we agreed for this firm to represent us, I have never been in contact with the attorney directly for the past three years even though I've requested multi times through the para legal. The para legal was condescending and dismissive to my concerns during each conversation. This as a traumatic experience for my husband and me. The lack of empathy and general dismissiveness was quite frankly uncalled for. Normally I don't write review but the audacity of this firm requesting a review after 3 years of mediocre service is absurd. I can not in good conscience recommend this firm.
