Thomas Dower AKA Tad knowingly filed a fraudulent child custody case for a child under a fake name, and for a complete legal stranger. He was fully aware that this child was not who he claimed him to be, nor was his father the man he swore was. Stay away from this scumbag practice. Kansas State Bar Association has been notified and provided with court transcripts in which Tad admitted to this in front of Judge Patty Macke-Dick
