Kapstone Paper And Packaging Corp

The problem we have had with Accounts Payable Supervisor the last two weeks has made us rethink Kapstone. Our 1099 was incorrect and our local office has tried to get a corrected one for us to no avail. We have emailed and called several times with being promised one would go out that day. It did not, then one would be emailed before day's end. Two weeks later we do not have a corrected one nor will we receive a call back. We have filed our taxes due to surgery and long term recovery for my wife. The amount we used was correct, but the 1099 sent to us counted one amount twice and was incorrect. It seems that the supervisor of all people would see to getting a correction done and sent out. I can not count the number of contacts by phone, emails, and with calling local office to help correct problem that is still a problem. A few minutes is all it would take to do what is supposed to be done. The mistake was Kapstones not ours.n
