I have read some reviews for this attorney. Yes, we do take time to see the attorney, yes no perfect persons, we are all humans. But they are profesional and do answer all your questions and your concerns. They do a great job as to keep you inform of how your case is going. I am so great full for all their help. Though I had an appointment, I still sat in the waiting area for 2 hours. I was taking to 3 different rooms, one of them was there employee kitchen. In every part of the building there was files, paper work everywhere. By the time, I got to talk to the actual lawyer she rushed through my every question. After that experience I will not be going back. I can’t see how they can work effectively with the total disorganized place they run. They could be very good but I did not get that impression.

Had an appointment yesterday , call two times during the day to confirm my appointment, girl at the desk said that she was going to callback to confirm time and she never did ,THIS IS UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMING FROM A LAW FIRM, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
