I wanted to thank Rick at KW Living. I have referred multiple clients to him and his team. They have provided exceptional and professional service time and time again. In a market saturated with agents who offer sub standard service, especially in the communication department..it is refreshing to have an agent that consistently delivers. Rick knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him.
Selling a home is stressful enough as it is. KW did a fantastic job of helping me navigate the process. Rick patiently answered all of my questions, was responsive, reliable, and straightforward. All around a great and helpful team. I highly recommend Rick and KW.
The worst experience ever. Sharon Ruggerio is a complete liar. She lied to me and took complete advantage of my situation. I would not recommend her or Milestone Property Group to anyone. Beware of false claims and promises.
Me ???? KW living of Solon because Mr. Rich Tannenbaum is encouraging and inspiring to be around. As well as Mr. Jordan Katz
I doubt that I'd ever do biz with Keller Williams again because of the experience I had yesterday with one of your realtors, Shannon. She and her husband owned a house in Newbury, OH. They listed it, we were the first ones who looked at it and offered EXACLTY what they wanted - to the point of waiving a inspection . . . paying cash . . . a closing in 14 days. I've bought many houses over the past 40 years and would have never done this before. Apparently she and her husband, a remodeler, purchased this house for $160,000 less than the asking price a mere 2 months prior. The property showed great and we were afraid our offer would be the starting point for many others. Our fears were met. About 3 p.m. we found out that there were many offers coming in and believed our full price offer would be the basis for a "bidders war". We learned a short time later the seller will review offers at 8 pm and to make sure that our submitted offer was our highest and best. I had never before been put in a position to bid against myself - especially when I offered EXACTLY what the asking price was - and was paying cash in 14 days. So we waited until 8 pm. Then 9 pm. Then 10. Shortly thereafter we learned we did not win the final bid. Our realtor, when trying to learn what the winning bid was, learned that YOUR realtor wouldn't share it. It was an ideal property for us. However, I get it. I'm most concerned the attitude towards that 12, or so, bidders who had to wait until after 10 pm at night to learn they were not getting the house. We drove over 3 hours to be the first one to see the house and put in the bid the price they asked. When we made sure we put our bid in by 8 pm, their time, we still had to wait until it was convenient for them to tell all of those who spent hours NOT looking for another property, to find out the news. I won't do business with your company again - especially your particular franchise. And, never with this person who, in my opinion, used our bid as a starting place for other bids - 12 hours later. That is not my ethics. So sorry, apparently, it is yours.
