Rude and unprofessional When calling my personal phone while I am at work looking for my husband, I tried to identify the stranger on my phone line. Rather than identify himself or the firm, he’d rather say “it’s personal business” I was only able to even find out this firm was who the caller originated from by reverse searching the number. Hilarious that had he been not so rude, I could have easily provided the correct phone number to reach my husband at.
ask for Frank if you can, he treats you like a decent human. Diane is downright nasty, rude and has a God complex
Mr. Mouch and his staff assisted my company with the collection of a debt that my staff worked on for 3 years. They had it resolved and collected in 60 days. Outstanding communication and professionalism. I highly recommend any business that is having a difficult time collecting for services renders hire Kass Schuler.
They sent an unsecure email with someone's full name and social security number as the subject in an email to my work.. Do they not care at all about the potential risks?
I had to call this firm for questions and assistance on a matter and was practically harassed by one of their agents called Frank. I don’t know what this guy’s deal was, but he was self-entitled, extremely disrespectful, rude, and condescending. Not only was I being treated like garbage, but I was even threatened and hung up on when I asked to be transferred to speak to someone else. This establishment either needs to employ new people or they’ll be out of business soon because their service quality is complete trash. Absolutely unethical and disgusting !
