Kathleen J. Kowalyshyn, Llc

Attorney Kowalyshyn was very professional, attending to every detail of my divorce with dignity and aplomb, and no small amount of kindness towards me (which was much needed and appreciated). I would, without any hesitation, recommend her to anyone who needs help with a divorce or a family matter. She is also caring about her community, which matters to me because the people she serves so often don't have the fiscal resources to be treated fairly by the court system.
I hired Kathleen about a month ago as a GAL to investigate with the child custody case she seemed very kind at first she investigated and completely changed her story when she got on stand deliberately lying about what happened at the home visit and the videos I showed her along with a completely biased recommendation to the judge without sufficient evidence to back up her false claims. I feel as though she is taking money bribes from the other family because she completely turned against me for no reason and lied and when I told the judge this she said she's a third-party she has no reason to do that so I quickly I'm learning that child custody court is about how much money you can pay the other person to lie she is a very malicious vindictive person was putting my daughter in danger. I would never hire her as a GAL on recommend this heartless person. She belongs in jail.
This Attroney was appointed by the probate to help sell my husband mother’s home, she dispose my husband mom’s belongings without seeing if he wanted his mothers ashes, pictures , furniture, jewelry. She hired a family member who has a criminal record to work on the house and paid a undisclosed amount. She claims on her site she has 20 years of experience in law , but when she closed my mother-in-laws Estate , she claim she received a letter from American Express and did not know what she should do about it ‘ and chose not to pay American Express . Please check her site and credentials. she have a lot of credibility of schooling, but only have 1% of ratings. I find that very interesting.
