I brought my 6 month old to Dr. Greco for his eczema My pediatrician had initially referred another dermatologist that was closer to me, but they couldn't get me in for two months despite having 10 or 12 doctors working there. Dr. Greco took us in that day, was very nice, helpful and even followed up personally on the phone. With her help, my sons skin looks so much better! The outside of the building doesn't look like much, but the inside is nice and clean, the receptionist is very friendly and we didn't have to wait long. I would certainly recommend her.

I waited over a month for my appt. The first assistant introduced herself and asked why I was there. Got my entire story for the doctor. Dr. Greco was in the room no more than 5 mins, didn't really explain much about my diagnosis, said she'd give me a paper with info about it, call in prescriptions for me and left. I attempted to address a second complaint while i was there because when I'd made the appt I had said I wanted to and was told an hour is booked, if theres time it can be addressed. I was flat out told by her she's too busy for it and to make an additional appt! This is being with me for 5 mins. What I assume was a second assistant came in and said I could leave. She gave me paperwork for my second complaint, nothing about the current visit but I'm not sure who she was though because she never introduced herself. The secretary asked how long for my follow-up and I told her no clue they didn't tell me but I needed to make an appt for my second complaint. That appointment is over a month away now. Waste of time, I've been to a practice down the street with multiple doctors that don't make you wait so long and actually conduct themselves professionally by introducing themselves to you and explaining to you what's going on. There's no online component to even see your care you were given. I'm not a fan of the way things were conducted there. Very poor bedside manner by everyone except the first assistant.

I have been going to Dr. Greco annually for 20 years. She is very thorough. I have a family history of melanoma and I feel she is very trust worthy.

Saw her for some skin anomalies. She biopsied them, 3 and got back to me the next days with results. I would say that was pretty good.

Wonderful. She took care of my issue quickly and was a pleasure to meet.
