We contacted Mr. Trigger to draft a will for us. While discussing our options, he told us our legal plan benefits covered a trust as well and we decided to proceed with that as well. Also during that meeting, I asked some questions regarding an ABLE account and a Special Needs Trust for our son. Mr. Trigger told us that an associate in his office was familiar with them and quoted us a price. During further discussion, some of Mr. Trigger's answers to my inquiries did not align with what I had heard from other sources, so we decided to wait before proceeding while I did more research. Mr. Trigger later sent over an email with drafts of documents. It was some time before we attended to them. When we did, included was a draft of a SN Trust (revocable, when I concluded I wanted irrevocable). I informed him that we were using outside counsel for that and could proceed with the rest. He sent an email asking for payment for his work on the SN trust. I declined citing the fact that he was not authorized to do that work and moved forward with the rest. He persisted. I contacted our legal plan. I then found out that the Special Needs Trust was a COVERED BENEFIT and we should never have been presented a bill to begin with. Needless to say, trust was broken and we took all of our business elsewhere.
Don’t waste your time and Money. It’s like he gets mad and very rude if you don’t understand something, like really that’s why I hired you. Then God forbid if you call him to ask him a question, just a huge money pit and didn’t help me at all not for your best interest just your money.
Went here for a will and durable power of attorney. Larry was efficient and professional, easy to contact and did not pressure or oversell.
Very impersonable asked a question and was told none of my business. When we didn’t like his idea he asked us to leave very rude.
