Id give her a zero if I could. Hired her to represent my son. She said she’d meet with him before the hearing. She didnt return his calls when he tried to set that up. He finally got in touch with her the day before and she said she’d just meet him at the courthouse and go over everything before the hearing. She had no idea what was even going on with his case. She didnt even have the names of the parties involved correct then tried to blame it on my son when it was all clearly spelled out in his paperwork. Wrote her a letter months before the hearing explaining the details of events that took place in this case and when I asked her if she even read it because she obviously had no clue why we even hired her, and she said, “No, I didn’t read THAT”! As if it was too much of an inconvenience! This took place several years ago but I’ve heard from others that she hasn’t gotten any better since then. I finally decided to share things like this so others don’t get ripped off!
Ms. Burger made sure everyone followed the law. She refuse to compromise when it came to representing my interest. I would recommend this law firm to any one going through a difficult divorce.
This office is 6 weeks out for scheduling a basic appointment. I called on Monday regarding something that Kim is already obtained as counsel for and still have not heard back from her today, as in Friday.
Kimm and Teresa are great! Very fair in price and put forth the effort when it was needed most. Patient and understanding but firm and practical. They both helped me through a very tough time and I'll be forever grateful. If your'e in need of legal services, don't hesitate to call Kimm... she's a straight shooter!
