Keable & Brown, PA

Recently, I sold my home but did not choose the closing attorney. I could not have been more pleased with the service of Keable and Brown! I signed my portion of the paperwork a few days before the closing since I was in town for the movers. There was a $15 fee for my bank to accept the wire transfer, which I wanted to avoid. Debra volunteered to go to my bank and deposit the money for me! I call that real customer service!!

Very bad experience. KB sabotaged a deal for me, which cost me $$. Not responsive by phone or email. Stay away.

This is our second closing through Keable and Brown. Both have been timely and professional with zero issues. The staff knows their business and are always professional and courteous. Highly recommend using them!

Used these guys twice. Once for a land closing and once for a construction loan on the land. Very pleased with both transactions and the price for the services.
