God awful. They send 2 word responses and won't respond to my questions. I'm trying to pay the bill and they are acting like this. They want me to send a check to them for 105% of what I owe. OK. I ask how will I get proof of payment. They won't respond.
Horrible people. Horrible. They love stealing people's money. Let's just copy and paste a letter and charge an enormous amount. Like they did any work for it.. I didn't even get any notice that I owes money and all of a sudden they are mailing me with all these fees, and no attempt to try to help anyone out. Look at all these negative reviews. Why is this place even still in business... hope they get what's coming to them. All of them.
Horrible firm. Basically, it's a scam. I thought they probably are dodgy by design, like a lot of these junk debt places. My HOA uses them, and I can see why. I thought I was going crazy until I saw the long list of people on here, saying the exact same thing. Horrible customer service, I feel like I'm getting robbed by middlemen.
Great Experience! Thanks to Amy Olson’s knowledgeable experience I was able to get some disputed charges with my landlord for my commercial lease wiped and they even ended up reducing my rent! Amy was super professional and quick to return any emails or phone calls! She’s definitely an Attorney that you want by your side! Thanks again!
This is the worst place to deal with. Having a lawsuit against you is frustrating enough but, good lord! Try dealing with this unprofessional office. I, admittedly, failed to make an arranged payment, emailed Lisa, who has been ignoring my emails for 2 weeks now. Got another summons for court. I've offered to pay the full balance but, she won't email me back? Do they just want to charge me more fees?
