I highly recommend this Law Firm! Excellent customer service. As I walked in, I was greeted with very polite and professional staff that made me feel very comfortable. Norma was very helpful and kind. Once I was called back, I had a pleasant experience despite my situation. Staff is very patient, knowledge and expressed genuine care. DON’T BE FOOLED. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. FIND A BETTER ATTORNEY. At the beginning, they will make you feel welcomed, like they care about your financial situation. They only want you to sign their contract, because you will owe them money whether you complete your plan or not. Three years into my plan, I started wondering who’s side they were on??? When I called with valid questions or concerns, I was immediately sent to voicemail and my calls were unanswered. IF they return your call, they will say “wait until the end”. DO NOT believe them. I received my discharge from the court, but 5 1/2 years and $152,500 dollars later, my mortgage still has NOT been reconciled of fees that were taken during my bankruptcy. Six months after my discharge, fees are still being taken because Keeling refused to address this in court. Creditors, who were discharged, refuse to stop negative reporting. Just recently I received an “Intent to Levy” notice from the IRS for taxes which were paid during my plan and were discharged by the court??? DO NOT use this firm. You WILL regret it in the end. (Keeling Law and the trustee received over $14,800)

I know nothing of the Law Firm besides they have wonderful taste I was actually driving by this building on Arlington Street in Houston and I had to turn around just to come back and look at the building it is so iconic looking, really stands strong as it stands out. You get A very good feeling that whoever owns this building has a certain passion about history . As well as Living in the moment while absorbing the Value of this Beautiful icon.

I had a need to contact Keeling Law Firm, with struggles as most people are finding themselves in without a lifeboat during the age of unemployment and covid-19. One telephone call was all it took to begin a process that will eventually help me to become whole again. I was never made to feel inferior or made to feel less than a person.
