Keith is very rude and unprofessional I am one of his tenants and have been for four years I have had issues with my heat in the winter it wasnt fixed for a week my fridge was out for a week the back door a Has been rotten since I moved in here he has over charged me for court fees When I haven’t been to court and constantly changes my lease he has insulted me stating I need to be on meds due to depression and anxiety and hung up in my face his assistant Julie is very unprofessional when I asked for my paperwork of my balanced owed when I know for a fact it was paid up she argued with me all my checks wasn’t accounted for from agencies that was helping me with my rent due to my disability I wouldn’t recommend renting from him I’m currently in the process of trying to move he has also went up on my rent without any updates to the house and changed my lease move in date my signature has been forged on lease agreements that I haven’t agreed with I wish I could upload screenshots and documents on here
