For 2 decades we worked with Richard Barlow and were very happy, however, he retired and we tried to work with cad worthen 2 close down some businesses and open new ones. He has been totally nonresponsive. He has told me for 4 months now he would take care of some legal issues for us but hasn't and now doesn't respond to voicemail, text messages or emails.
