Would give zero stars if possible. Being the first time I've ever had to deal with family court. I thought I would get an attorney that had good reviews (on another site) and I would be ok. Man was I wrong. I literally could have done a better job representing myself. All jokes aside, I'm serious. Courtney let me get railroaded through the whole process. And then made me feel like it was my fault the whole way. Every advantage went to the other side. Meaning the other attorney and client. I had the feeling she was scared of the other attorney. Not a good feeling to have. Especially when it's yours that gives off the weak vibe. Never once was I comfortable through the whole process. And I feel that is a part of the attorneys job. It was always a hassle to get ahold of her. Then when you do, she'll hurry you along. Being in family court was the worst experience of my life. Of course for the obvious reasons. But a lot goes to this attorney. Take my advice and move on to another one. I have not had a good nights sleeps since dealing with her and court. Not sure how she sleeps well either.
