I was involved in a car accident May of 2024 where I got hurt. I had no idea what to do afterwards as the other party's insurance was hard to work with. My brother recommended to call Ankin Law to guide me on the next steps. When I called Ankin Law, my most concern was my health as my back, neck and shoulders were hurting badly and I had no idea where to seek help and go about the whole ordeal. Ankin Law recommend to me some specialists and they even made all the initial appointments for me so I could be seen right away. All the doctors and therapists I saw were WONDERFUL and I felt they really care about me getting better as soon as it was possible. I received top notch treatment from all of the care team. Several months passed by and my lawyer, Maria from Ankin Law contacted me as I finished up all my treatment and got released by all my care team. It took her only 2 weeks post my treatment to get the highest available settlement for myself. She worked really, really hard on the case. I can't thank her and all of Ankin Law as well as all the health care team for not only getting my body back to normal but to win me a nice chunk of money. Maria... you made me cry today. Thank you tons! FYI, some of you write in the reviews that the attorney sometimes doesn't answer right away... please be patient, let them do their job and they will take care of you at the end.

I want to share my experience with attorney Maria Merman who works for Ankin Law office. I had car accident back in May 2024 not my fault but left me with some injuries and huge bills. I was really concerned about it but I got really lucky. My friend introduced me to Maria Merman from her own experience and after we met she became my attorney. What I can say. It’s best experience in my life to work with her. She got care about everything bills, doctors appointments and negotiations. Just seven months later I received my settlement and I was really happy with amount of money that Maria negotiated for me. My original review was going to be on the attorney Raquel Gross and how she handled my auto accident case. I have always felt that reviews should help someone even if it’s only one person. But instead of providing the original review, I now wanted to focus on how impress I was with speaking with Howard Ankin himself. As an African-American woman or just a person of color, we often run to people that look like us or we want people to represent us that understand us. This has been very, very important to me as not only a consumer, but who I do business with. I have feedback and was able to speak to Mr. Ankin. Just the fact that I know he’s extremely busy and he took the time to speak to me and help resolve my concern. I’m very much appreciative of that. I think communication is key and sometimes we have to share challenging and difficult feedback in hopes that others can benefit from it. This law firm is also representing me in my workers comp case and today’s experience made me I feel more comfortable knowing that Mr. Howard Ankin cares about me (us) as a client.
