Agreement gave the father of my child far too many rights even though I have him 90% of the time. The agreement was written as if it was 50/50 shared custody. Dealing with the repercussions now of a mostly uninvolved father who pretends to know my child better than I do, and uses the agreement to push us around. Will likely end up back in court with a new lawyer to try to protect myself and my kid from a narcissist.
