Kelly & Associates, LLC

Very surprised to see a poor review on here. Would otherwise probably not thought to give my insurance agent a review (does that mean I take them for granted?). But these guys are awesome. Insurance can be very frustrating, but I've found these folks to be terrific. They handle the health insurance for my small business (you think your health insurance is complicated - try doing it for a group), and they make everything much simpler. After several bad experiences with previous agents, I'm very glad I found these guys.

Customer service is poor, they are nice, but will put you on hold, and eventually blow you off with claims and promises they will not follow through with. We have been on hold with them for hours over the last week, and they still have not resolved a problem caused by their incompetence. They are quick to skim your hard earned dollars, but cannot be bothered to do the task they are paid to do.

My company processed my health insurance application at the beginning of the month. Its the 15th now and I still have no insurance. I would not recommend using Kelly & Associates for any payroll or insurance services unless you don't mind getting duped.

If you are a contractor and the benefits are provided by Kelly & Associates, I highly recommend that you opt out. The medical plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield CareFirst is the least useful insurance I have had over many decades. A highly complicated plan with many restrictions, so try an integrated provider instead if available in your area.

Horrible. They are worthless and do not help. They never answer their phone. It always goes to voicemail then it take a long time to call back. Management isn't helpful, and they are rude. They make appointments to call back and they don't call you back. I wish I didn't have to deal with this company and I will be pushing for a change. Everyone I work with complains how they make thing impossible to fill out and you never have all the documents because they need ridiculous items. Worst place ever!!!!!
