Kelly is not an attorney I would trust with anything of importance. As my attorney, she rarely returned calls and never gave me a copy of my court documents (I am disabled and homebound so I was unable to go to court). My concerns regarding the case were never brought up in court and I didn't find out she was no longer my attorney until months of unreturned calls later. At one point in August 2017 It was brought to her attention that there was a recorded call where another party involved in my case had blatantly discriminated against me. Kelly ignored this concern and simply moved on. Not at all an attorney I'd recommend for anything other than being disbarred.
